Beautifully designed, these elegant and functional pewter measuring cups will make a wonderful addition to any kitchen. Dragonflies on cattails adorn each handle and display strip. Included in the set is the pewter display strip with hanging hardware, and four measuring cups (1 Cup, 1/2 Cup, 1/3 Cup and 1/4 Cup). The cups can be used to measure both liquids and solids. They are lead free and dishwasher safe. 1 Cup measures 9 inches long. Display strip measures 12.5 inches wide and comes in two pieces for ease of packing/shipping.

The Tin Woodsman handmade, lead-free pewter measuring spoons are beautiful and functional. This pewter measuring cups gift set comes with a display post and 4 measuring cups (1/4 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup and 1 cup). The Tin Woodsman Pewter Company combines artistry and function to create pewter gifts that add beauty to the home. This pewter has a purpose as functional art for the kitchen. Both the measuring spoons and cups are designed to be used. They are accurate for both liquids and solids. However, never use them over any type of heat source. While pewter does not tarnish, over time it will patina, or darken in color. This unique aging is what endears many people to pewter. Its original luster may be preserved with the finest steel wool (0000) and a gritty toothpaste. These pieces are dishwasher safe, but this will speed the darkening process. Hard water and certain detergents may dull the finish over time. All of the Tin Woodsman Pewter Company products are lead-free.
